Baku: The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has reported a significant increase in its assets, which reached USD 73,541.5 million (AZN 125,020.5 million) by the end of 2025. This marks a 22.5% rise from the beginning of the year, when the assets stood at USD 60,031.4 million (AZN 102,053.3 million).

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, SOFAZ's total revenues for the period of January to December 2025 amounted to 37,594.4 million manat. The fund's budget revenues during this time were 17,160.4 million manat. Additionally, SOFAZ recorded extra-budgetary revenues amounting to 20,434.0 million manat, which were attributed to changes in exchange rates and gold prices. The budget expenditures for the reporting period were 14,627.2 million manat.
