Baku: The State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAZ) reported revenues of 13 billion 116.1 million manat and expenses of 10 billion 895 million manat during the January-September period of 2025.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Finance disclosed that compared to the same period last year, SOFAZ’s revenues declined by 12.6%, while expenses rose by 13.1%. Additionally, during the reporting period, SOFAZ transferred 10 billion 860.8 million manats to the national budget.
