Lachin: Azerbaijan has successfully relocated 3,516 people to the Lachin region, as stated by Masim Mammadov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Lachin. This update was shared during the international conference on "National Leader Heydar Aliyev is the author of the Constitution of independent Azerbaijan," which was organized by the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mammadov detailed that the relocation involved 936 families. He also noted that reconstruction work in the Lachin region is progressing rapidly, highlighting ongoing development efforts.
