Special Representative of President: It is planned to build 5,608 houses in city of Aghdam

“It is planned to build 5,608 houses in the city of Agdham,” said Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories of the Karabakh Economic Region (except Shusha district) Emin Huseynov as he addressed a meeting of the working group on urban planning held in Agdham.

 

“Several new pilot projects are being implemented in Aghdam. Numerous infrastructure projects have started in the areas of Agdham, Fuzuli, Tartar and Agjabadi. Initially, work to resettle 20 families has been stepped up. A total of 15,999 houses will be built,” Emin Huseynov underlined.

 

“The designing of 2 residential settlements had already started in Agdham. Two more projects are also planned. From 2023, these projects will be implemented step by step. The government has allocated enough funds,” the special representative added.
