Baku: A special visa regime will be applied for COP31 participants, Head of the Support Services Department of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change of the Republic of Trkiye Ahmet Sami Kulaklioglu stated at the 'COP31 Logistics Briefing' held as part of 'Baku Climate Action Week 2026,' APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, visa procedures will be simplified for all parties participating in COP31. Attendees can apply for a visa through a link provided in the email sent with the Secretariat's registration confirmation and through the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Trkiye abroad. The relevant link will be accessible on the official website starting next week.
