Baku: The first plenary meeting within the spring session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan's Parliament) has begun, APA reports. Speaker Sahiba Gafarova declared the meeting open.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the spring session started with the playing of the National Anthem. Sixteen issues have been included on the agenda of the first meeting of the session.
