Baku: Students studying at Baku Girls University will be transferred to other higher education institutions to ensure the continuity of their education and protect their educational rights, the Ministry of Science and Education told APA.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Ministry of Science and Education has taken action in accordance with Clause 4.37 of the 'Rules for Accreditation of Educational Institutions.' This clause, approved by Resolution No. 167 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on September 28, 2010, mandates that the ministry will facilitate the transfer of students from Baku Girls University to other universities. The transfer will align with the students' respective specialties to maintain their educational progression and safeguard their educational rights.
The decision underscores the ministry's commitment to ensuring students affected by institutional changes do not face disruptions in their academic pursuits. This move is aimed at preserving the academic pathway and future opportunities for students currently enrolled at Baku Girls University.
