Suicide blast near Afghanistan’s foreign ministry kills 21, injures 25

The number of people killed in an explosion in Afghanistan has reached 21, APA reports.

It was emphasized that the number of injured is 25 people.

A suicide bomber detonated a device near Afghanistan’s foreign ministry in the capital Kabul on Wednesday, causing more than 20 causalities, APA reports citing Al Jazeera.

“I don’t know how many of them were dead or injured,” AFP driver Jamshed Karimi said, adding: “I saw the man blow himself up.”

A massive explosion occurred near the building of the Taliban’s Foreign Ministry in Kabul on Wednesday. The explosion left many people wounded in the Afghan capital. As per the reports, the sound of gunfire shots was also heard in the area.

According to Sputnik, the ambulances are reportedly arriving at the location where the sounds of gunshots were heard. The concerned authorities are investigating the incident.
