Baku: Another meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) was held on Tuesday, chaired by Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA. The agenda of the meeting included comprehensive reviews of the 2025 annual reports, key operational metrics, and financial outcomes, including total revenue and EBITDA of the Holding's portfolio companies. Additionally, a general overview of Azerpambig Agro-Industrial Complex LLC's development prospects and the application of recently adopted legal acts on efficient public finance management to portfolio companies were discussed.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Ruslan Alikhanov, AIH Chief Executive Officer, delivered an extensive presentation on the agenda items. Members of AIH's Supervisory Board, along with the Chairman of its Management Board and Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, Majnun Mammadov, also addressed the issues discussed.

In conclusion, the meeting participants adopted decisions on the discussed topics and issued instructions to the AIH Executive Board.
