Tbilisi International Airport Receives Over Four Million Passengers.

Tbilisi: Tbilisi International Airport has set a new record by receiving over four million passengers in a single year. This achievement marks the highest number of passengers since TAV Georgia began managing the airport in 2005.

According to Trend News Agency, TAV Georgia reported that the previous record was established in 2018 when the airport welcomed 3,808,772 passengers. The increase in passenger numbers underscores the airport’s growing importance as a regional hub.

Projections indicate that Tbilisi International Airport’s passenger traffic may continue to rise, with estimates suggesting it could reach 4.8 million by the end of 2024. This anticipated growth highlights the airport’s expanding capacity and appeal to travelers.
