The Baku Court of Appeal rejected the complaint against the decision of the Khatai court, which refused to change the preventive measure of arrest to house arrest for Bakhtiyar Hajiyev.

It should be noted that so far the court has rejected the activist’s complaints four times about changing his measure of restraint to house arrest.

Lawyer Agyl Laij told Turan that Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, who has been on a hunger strike for 43 days, was present at the trial. In the car for transporting prisoners, his health deteriorated.
