The territorial construction and planning center (TCPC) under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture awarded the company “Chapman Taylor LLP” for the development of the general layout of the town of Jabrail. This is the second official contract between the parties concluded out of competition in Azerbaijan.
According to the data of the Unified Public Procurement Portal, the general layout of the town of Jabrail will be ready within 12 months. For this to happen, the British company will receive 3 million 644.800 manats, or $2 million 144.000 from the Azerbaijani government.
Also, out of competition, on September 10, an agreement was signed with the Baku state design institute for the development of a draft general layout for the town of Fuzuli to be delivered in 8 months. The cost of the contract is 991.200 manats ($583.000)
In May this year, the company “Chapman Taylor LLP” received a contract from the TCPC for the development of the general layout of the town of Shusha within 14 months. The contract value is 3 million 941.200 manats ($2,318 million).
In May, the preparation of the general layout of the town of Agdam was officially announced. However, there is no information about who prepared it and with what funds. The document was presented to the head of the state by businessman Ruslan Sadykhov.
It ought to be noted that the company Chapman Taylor LLP participated in the development of the Port Baku Towers and Daniz Mall projects by order of Pasha Construction LLC.
