Tel aviv: Defense Minister Israel Katz has announced his approval of the Israel Defense Forces' (IDF) plans aimed at defeating Hamas in Gaza. The announcement marks a significant development in the ongoing conflict, as Israel seeks to impose its conditions for ending hostilities in the region.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Katz emphasized that the military plans have been designed to pressure Hamas into compliance with Israel's demands, which primarily include the release of all hostages and the group's disarmament. Katz warned of severe consequences if these demands are not met, stating, "The gates of hell will soon open over Hamas in Gaza."
Katz further asserted that failure by Hamas to capitulate will lead to drastic changes in Gaza City, drawing parallels to areas such as Rafah and Beit Hanoun. This statement underscores the intensity of Israel's stance and the potential escalation of military actions in the region.
