The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov received the Deputy Minister of Defense of Turkey Muhsin Dere, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan.

The parties discussed issues of developing joint military production and exchange of experience, and the holding joint military exercises.

On the same day, Muhsin Dere was received by the Chief of the General Staff Kerim Valiyev and the Chief of the Logistics Department of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Nizam Osmanov.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, at the meeting the sides discussed the prospects for the adoption of the latest weapons and other military equipment produced by Turkey on the basis of advanced technologies for the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
