According to the schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions of the heads of central executive authorities, on August 19, 2022, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mukhtar Babayev received citizens at the Heydar Aliyev Center located in Bilasuvar.

Before the reception, the minister and the head of the Bilasuvar District Executive Power visited the monument of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, laid flowers in front of it and expressed their deep respect to the dear memory of the genius.

During the meeting, appeals of citizens regarding environmental protection, forest protection, biodiversity, employment and other issues were heard. Some of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, while others were investigated and necessary measures were given to the responsible employees of the ministry.

The citizens expressed their agreement with the creation of comfortable and favorable conditions for receiving and considering the applications of the residents of the region, and expressed their gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown to them.
