The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense informs about the death of conscript Mammadli Javidan as a result of gross violation of weapons regulations.

A criminal case was opened on the fact, an investigation is underway. The Defense Ministry does not specify exactly when, where and under what circumstances “grave violation of weapons handling” took place.
