Third contract for construction of apartment buildings in Fuzuli city has been signed

MIDA” LLC under the State Agency for Housing Construction signed a contract on October 19 for the construction of 6 more buildings in a residential area of Fuzuli city. The city was destroyed to the ground by the Armenian troops during the occupation, which was put to an end as a result of the Second Karabakh War in October 2020.

 

The contract based on the results of the tender was awarded to T.T.Åž InÅŸaat LLC (TIN: 1600121371). According to the data of the unified public procurement portal, the construction of 6 buildings (No. 13-18) in the first residential complex in the city of Fuzuli will cost 11 million 631.700 manats (6 million 842.000 US dollars). Total area of these buildings, consisting of 132 apartments, is 19,072.6 m2.

 

According to the results of the first two tenders, in August and September of this year, two contracts were signed with the consortia of “El-Seym InÅŸaat”/SNT InÅŸaat and “Merkuti InÅŸaat/Araz InÅŸaatçı” companies for the construction of a total of 12 multi-storey (4, 5 and 7-storey) buildings. The value of these contracts is respectively 14 million 436.400 and 13 million 956.000 manats.

 

The results of the next competitive purchase of buildings No. 19-24 will be announced in the neartest days.

 

According to the Register of State Buildings, the total area of the first six buildings (No. 1-6) 20,518.7 m2, the next 6 (No. 7-12) – 18,505.8 m2. 144 apartments will be built under the first contract, 123 apartments under the second.

 

It should be noted that a land plot of 8.9 hectares has been allocated for the construction of a residential complex in the city of Fuzuli. According to this project, 1 million 284.2 thousand manats ($755 thousand) were spent on vertical planning of the territory, preparation of a town-planning justification, development of a construction project, a system of engineering and communication support, architectural solutions of the complex, author’s control over its implementation, etc
