Tofig Yagublu, a member of the National Council of Democratic Forces and the Musavat Party, who is under administrative arrest, has violated the right to confidential communication with a lawyer.

According to her, on January 3, the meeting of the lawyer Bahruz Bayramov with the politician at the detention center for those arrested under the administrative procedure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs took place in the presence of a police officer.

“ In connection with this gross violation of the law, a complaint will be filed with the court,” Hazi said.

Tofig Yagublu was detained on December 23 at a protest rally in the center of Baku demanding the release of public activist Bakhtiyar Hajiyev. On the same day, the Sabail court arrested him for 30 days on charges of petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police
