Abu dhabi: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev highlighted the significance of the progress made by Azerbaijan and Armenia toward a peace agreement, describing it as a pivotal moment in history. This statement was part of his video address during the awarding ceremony of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Tokayev emphasized the moral and political significance of such developments at a time when global divisions are on the rise.
