One man and one woman athlete will carry Azerbaijan’s tricolour flag in the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games, National Olympic Committee told APA-Sport.

Noted that our flag will be carried by taekwondo practitioner Farida Azizova together with judoka Rustam Orujov.

Note that Tokyo Olympics will be held from July 23 to August 8.
