On July 7, the trial of the Armenian military – Mkrtchyan Ludvik and Khosrovyan Alyosha charged with torturing Azerbaijani prisoners during the First Karabakh War, continued in the Yasamal District Court.

Testimony of witnesses and former prisoners who were tortured by the defendants continues at the trial.

Mkrtchan and Khosrovyan were charged under Articles 113 (torture), 115.2 (violation of laws and customs of war), 279.1 (creation of armed formations or groups unprovided by law), 318.2 (illegal crossing of the state border of Azerbaijan).
