Ankara: Trkiye's Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar and Azerbaijan's Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov recently engaged in a videoconference to discuss mutual electricity transmission opportunities. The meeting was announced by Alparslan Bayraktar in a post on X, as reported by APA's Trkiye bureau.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency,the discussions between the two energy ministers focused on identifying potential electricity transmission projects that could facilitate energy exchange between Trkiye and Azerbaijan. Additionally, they explored the possibility of collaborating on projects in third countries, aiming to enhance regional energy security. The dialogue highlighted both nations' commitment to strengthening their energy ties and contributing to broader energy stability in the region.
