Islamabad: The Trkiye-Azerbaijan Program at the Institute of Regional Studies (IRS) was inaugurated with the seminar titled 'Shared Perspectives and Regional Stability: Trkiye, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan.' The program will function as a special analytical department under the auspices of the Institute of Regional Studies.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijani Ambassador Khazar Farhadov, Turkish Ambassador Irfan Neziroglu, and Ambassador Jauhar Saleem, President of the Institute of Regional Studies, delivered reports during the event. The participants were informed about the past, present, and future of the relations between the three nations, grounded in shared historical, religious, and cultural ties.
The speakers emphasized the prospects of the current trilateral format at the levels of parliament speakers, foreign ministers, and leaders, as part of Azerbaijan-Trkiye-Pakistan trilateral cooperation. They hailed the launch of the program as a manifestation of the high-level relations between the two countries.
