Ankara: Trkiye's annual inflation rate decreased to 31.75% at the end of July from 32.11% recorded in the previous month.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Turkish Statistical Institute (T…€œIK) reported that the Consumer Price Index in July 2026 showed an increase of 1.78% compared to the previous month. The index also rose by 19.86% compared to December of the previous year and by 31.90% compared to the twelve-month averages.

The data released by the institute a month earlier indicated that inflation in June was at 0.99% on a monthly basis and 32.11% on an annual basis. This recent report highlights a slight reduction in the annual inflation rate, reflecting changes in the economic dynamics of the country.
