Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation meets Kyrgyz ambassador to Azerbaijan (PHOTO)


At the headquarters of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, the president of the organization Aktoty Raimkulova met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan Maksat Mamytkanov.

Welcoming the guest, Aktoty Raimkulova congratulated Mr. Mamytkanov on his appointment as the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan. During the meeting, the president of the Foundation spoke about the projects implemented by the organization in the direction of preserving, studying and promoting in the international arena the unique heritage and ancient history of the Turkic world. Aktoty Raimkulova noted the existence of intensive partnerships between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the founding country of the organization – Kyrgyzstan. She also spoke about the restoration work initiated by the Foundation and the museumification of the House – Museum of the great Kyrgyz poet and playwright Alykul Osmonov in Bishkek.

raordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan Maksat Mamytkanov highly appreciated the work done by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation to study and preserve the tangible and intangible heritage of the Turkic peoples, underlined the significance of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the Foundation. He also expressed confidence in Kyrgyzstan’s comprehensive support for further projects carried out by the Foundation.

The meeting continued with discussions on further strengthening the partnership between the Foundation and Kyrgyzstan and future joint projects.
