Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has held a phone conversation with Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov, APA reports citing NTV.

It was stated that Cavusoglu held a phone talk with Dmytro Kuleba too.

Turkish FM discussed Russian-Ukrainian tension with his counterparts, the importance of diplomacy was touched upon.
