Turkish FM speaks about recent provocation of Armenia

Armenia was trying to send weapons to Karabakh in different ways, unfortunately, there was another tension, said Mevlut Cavusoglu, Turkish Foreign Minister in an interview with “Haber Turk”, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

“It is necessary to put this tension aside, sign a comprehensive peace agreement, and begin road restoration and construction (Zangazur Corridor – ed.).” This is also for Armenia’s advantage,” the Minister said.

The minister emphasized the necessity of a road from Azerbaijan to Nakhchivan through Iran:

“We also support this because there is always a need for alternatives. Being limited to a single spot is risky.”
