"We have been in Azerbaijan for several days. Here, in Karabakh, we are trying to follow what happened after the war," said the employee of Tvnet, Ismayil Umut Arabaci who is on a visit to Lachin, APA reports.

He said that in the liberated areas, in Karabakh and Lachin, incredible reconstruction works are being carried out: "Mosques, schools, churches destroyed by Armenians, everything is being restored. It is a well-known issue that Azerbaijan is the rightful party regarding the Lachin border crossing. These lands belong to the state of Azerbaijan, and therefore Armenians must obtain permission from Azerbaijan to enter the country."
