Baku: A senior official from the Turkish Presidential Administration has emphasized the need for strengthened cooperation in media and communication across the Turkic world. Deputy Head of the Directorate of Communications of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Trkiye, Prof. Dr. Ferhat Pirin§§i, made the statement while speaking to journalists during a panel session titled 'Turkic World Dialogues: Common Future, Common Vision,' as reported by APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Pirin§§i highlighted the recent series of panels and events organized in Kazakhstan and Baku, aimed at fostering a collaborative media environment among Turkic nations. The upcoming weeks will witness similar initiatives in other member countries of the Organization of Turkic States. These activities are designed to lay a robust groundwork for the forthcoming Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, thereby enhancing dialogue and cooperation.

Pirin§§i noted the significant interest shown in the event held in Baku, particularly from Azerbaijan's academic circles, media representatives, and members of the Milli Majlis. He pointed out that speakers at the panel underscored critical issues relevant to the Turkic world.

He further remarked on Azerbaijan's keen participation and commitment to the Organization of Turkic States and the broader concept of the Turkic world, stating that Azerbaijan is actively engaged in fostering these relationships at multiple levels.

Additionally, Pirin§§i shared insights from his meeting with Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department. Their discussions centered on enhancing media cooperation within the Turkic world and addressing challenges such as disinformation, aligning with shared objectives to strengthen communication ties.
