Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has made a Twitter post regarding his visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports.
It has been noted in the post that the benefits of the Karabakh victory to Azerbaijan, the Caucasus, and the world will be better understood over time.
“Because, this is not a victory of destructions but construction, not rudeness but elegance, not war but peace, not blood but the heart” noted the Turkish President.
