Turkish President makes warning regarding global food crisis

“We should also take measures for delivery of exported grain to the undeveloped regions, especially to Africa, which emergently need,” said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan while his speech at G20 Summit, APA’s correspondent in Istanbul reports.

Erdogan has noted that besides the management of the food crisis, Turkiye contributes to the security of the region, especially Europe as an energy junction: “Global fertilizer market should be rapidly stabilized. Otherwise, we will experience a greater food crisis next year.”
