“Before I left Cambodia I met with my Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov,” wrote Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on Twitter, APA reports.

“Discussed safe and stable shipment of Ukrainian grain and regional issues with FM Lavrov of Russia on the margins of ASEAN,” noted the Minister.
