Turkish National defense Minister Hulusi Akar held a phone talk with Ukrainian counterpart Oleksei Reznikov, according to the Turkish National Defence Ministry, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

It was noted that during the talk Minister Akar touched upon the issues of ensuring the safe delivery of merchant ships and A400M planes waiting in Ukrainian ports to Turkey.
