Neftchala: Two brothers have died after their car fell into a canal in Azerbaijan's Neftchala district, officials say. The incident occurred early in the morning near the village of Ramazanli.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the victims, aged 15 and 13, have been identified as Ravan Manafli and Ali Manafli, both residents of Gazakhberesi village. Authorities reported that the brothers lost control of a Nissan car belonging to their parents, leading the vehicle to veer off the road and plunge into a nearby canal.

Both teenagers died at the scene, and their bodies were subsequently retrieved from the water and handed over to the relevant authorities. An investigation has been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
