Baku: Yusif Abdullayev, Executive Director of the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), met with a U.S. delegation led by Abraham Hamadeh, Member of the House of Representatives. The meeting focused on exploring potential investment projects by U.S. companies in Azerbaijan.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Yusif Abdullayev provided the delegation with an overview of Azerbaijan's business and investment climate. He detailed the mechanisms in place for promoting foreign direct investment, the various operational areas of AZPROMO, and the upcoming 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, which is scheduled for September this year.

Abdullayev also emphasized the opportunities for collaboration between Azerbaijan and the United States. Discussions included Azerbaijan's strategic transit potential, the participation of U.S. companies in local investment projects, the transfer of technology and expertise, the utilization of financial support mechanisms, and prospects for enhancing business relations between the two nations.
