Baku: Pursuant to the Agreement on Military Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the United Arab Emirates, state representatives of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are visiting Azerbaijan, Ministry of Defense told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, a working meeting at the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense emphasized the development of military ties between the two countries. The meeting highlighted the significance of mutual visits and joint exercises for the exchange of experience.

During the visit, delegates were briefed on the 44-day Patriotic War and the current regional situation. Questions of interest were addressed during the briefing.

In conclusion, both parties exchanged views on the current status and future prospects of military cooperation. Mutual gifts were presented, and a photo was taken to commemorate the meeting.
