UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has been invited to attend COP29, which will be held in Baku this November. The invitation was conveyed through a letter from President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, which was presented to Ed Miliband, the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, during the official event marking the opening of the new administrative building of Azerbaijan's embassy in London.
