It is noted that at 2:10 am the police stopped a taxi in Kiev for violating traffic rules.

“In the back seat sat the people’s deputy Anton Polyakov, who was already feeling bad. According to preliminary information, he was either drunk or under drugs,” the message says.

The police called an ambulance, but they couldn’t save his life.
