Ukrainian Drones Reportedly Strike Oil Refinery, Port City in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai

Krasnodar: Ukrainian drones reportedly struck an oil refinery and a port city in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons of the Republic of Azerbaijan organized an infotour to the city of Khankendi. This initiative was part of the Implementation Plan of the First State Program on the Great Return.

A group of former internally displaced persons, involved in income-generating activities, participated in the infotour. They were introduced to the city and briefed on the ongoing restoration and reconstruction works. Employment opportunities being created there were also highlighted.

It was reported that under the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev and the State Program, large-scale reconstruction is being carried out in the city. Infrastructure is being restored, and necessary conditions are being created for those who work, study, and live there.

The infotour included a visit to the Karabakh Textile Factory, where participants received detailed information about the factory’s operations, working conditions, and human resource management. Factory employees mentioned the positive impact of employment measures on their social well-being.

Participants also visited Karabakh University, learning about the infrastructure, teaching environment, and future plans. It was emphasized that the modern educational environment at the university is expected to contribute significantly to the region’s human capital development.

The former internally displaced persons found the infotour useful and informative, highlighting its importance for understanding the progress of the Great Return, the permanent settlement process, and integration into economic activities.

Infotours to other liberated territories are planned to continue under the First State Program on the Great Return’s Implementation Plan.
