An Ukrainian parliamentary delegation from the Verkhovna Rada will observe the upcoming snap parliamentary elections scheduled for September 1 in Azerbaijan, said Valeriy Kolyukh, the co-chair of the Ukraine-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group. 'The Ukrainian observation mission includes 10 MPs from the Verkhovna Rada. The program of the observation mission is currently under preparation.
