Baku: Istanbul Haliç University and Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) have agreed to sign a bilateral cooperation agreement as a delegation of the Turkish university visited UNEC. Director of the international cooperation department Narmin Ibrahimova briefed the Turkish delegation on the university`s international relations, grant projects and exchange programs. The delegation of Haliç University then made a presentation. The sides also reached an agreement to facilitate the exchange of UNEC students to Istanbul Haliç University.
