US Chamber of Commerce Plans to Expand Its Activities in Azerbaijan

Baku: The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is set to broaden its operations in Azerbaijan, as announced by Khush Choksy, the Senior Vice President of International Member Relations and Senior Vice President for the Middle East and Trkiye at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, during a recent meeting with journalists.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Choksy highlighted that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce stands as the largest business association globally, with a wide-reaching presence. He pointed out that the South Caucasus and Central Asia are becoming increasingly significant for American businesses. The Chamber's initiatives in Azerbaijan commenced two years ago when a delegation visited the country under the framework of the Conference of the Parties (COP).

Choksy further remarked on Azerbaijan's success in organizing the COP, noting the emphasis placed not only on traditional energy sources, which remain vital globally, but also on renewable energy sources during the event.
