Awaza:Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed his congratulations to Azerbaijan on assuming the chairmanship of the Consultative Meeting.

According to Azeri-Press news agency, Mirziyoyev made these remarks during his speech at the 8th Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Azerbaijan and Central Asia, held in Awaza.

The Uzbek President highlighted that under Azerbaijan's chairmanship, the collaborative efforts within their format are expected to gain additional momentum. He emphasized that their cooperation at the level of brotherhood will help to strengthen unity, trust, and solidarity among the nations involved.

Mirziyoyev further noted Azerbaijan's vital role in developing a more reliable and robust economic and transport network between Central Asia and other regions.
