Baku: In the first five months of this year, the value of paid services provided to the population in Baku reached a total of 3,613.9 million manats. This represents an increase of 11.8% compared to the same period last year.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Baku City Statistics Department reported that legal entities were the primary contributors to this growth. They provided services worth 3,133.3 million manats, which accounted for 86.3% of the total value of services rendered during this period.
The data highlights a significant rise in the consumption of paid services within the city, reflecting an upward trend in economic activities and consumer spending. This growth is indicative of a robust service sector in Baku, bolstered by increased demand and the capacity of local businesses to meet this demand.
