Vice Speaker: Georgia Is Pleased With the Improvement of Azerbaijan-Armenia Relations

Tbilisi: Georgia is pleased with the improvement of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said First Deputy Speaker of the Georgian Parliament Gia Volski, APA's local bureau reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Volski emphasized that the opening of the Zangezur corridor will not diminish Georgia's geographical significance. He asserted that Georgia's role in connecting Asia and Europe remains vital. Volski addressed concerns by stating, "If someone thinks that the Zangezur corridor will replace another corridor, these people are either ignorant or deliberately lying," highlighting the country's continued strategic importance.
