“War veterans will be given extraordinary leaves in Azerbaijan, “Fuad Heydarov, head of the State Labor Inspection Service, said in the “Social Hour” program, APA reports.
According to him, Labor Code provides some privileges for war participants and war veterans, and it becomes known what benefits are available to war veterans working in private companies.
“Thus, Article 78 states that during the redundancy, the employer must give preference to war veterans when choosing between persons with the same professional characteristics. Besides, Labor Code envisages extraordinary use of leave for war veterans.
