BAKU: The price of an ounce of gold increased by 70 manat, or $41 (1.78 percent), this week, Trend reports. In comparison to the previous week's data, the weighted average cost of one ounce of gold grew by 35.7 manat, or $21 (0.91 percent), amounting to 3,980 manat ($2,341). This week, the price of an ounce of silver in Azerbaijan rose by 2.65 manat ($1.56), or 1.73 percent. The weighted average cost of an ounce of silver amounted to 50.7 manat ($29.8), which is 1.79 percent, or 0.9 manat (53 cents) more than last week's figure. This week, the price of an ounce of platinum in Azerbaijan jumped by 22 manat ($13), or 1.31 percent. The weighted average cost of an ounce of platinum went up by 9.7 manat, or $5.7 (0.57 percent), to 1,694 manat ($996) compared to last week's figure. During this week, the price per ounce of palladium in Azerbaijan climbed by 80 manat, or $47 (4.8 percent). The weighted average cost of an ounce of palladium increased by 4.49 percent, or 73.57 manat ($43.3), compared to the indi cator of last week, amounting to 1,712 manat ($964).
