Prison No. 4 for female prisoners and youth detention center are being relocated in Azerbaijan, the press service of the Ministry of Justice said in an answer to the query of APA.

Under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, special attention is paid to ensuring human rights, including the rights of prisoners, and reforms are being carried out to improve the penitentiary system.
