Baku: Accreditation cards for the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), scheduled from 17 to 22 May 2026 in Baku, will be available for collection starting 14 May at the Accreditation and Registration Centre. This facility is located at the Baku Olympic Stadium (BOS) and will act as the main hub for participant registration, accreditation, and information services during WUF13.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the centre will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 on 14-16 May, from 07:00 to 18:00 on 17-21 May, and from 07:00 to 15:00 on 22 May. Participants, official delegates, and invited guests can complete registration procedures and obtain their accreditation cards at the designated centre between 14 and 22 May 2026.
Individuals who have registered online must present their unique registration number received via email, along with the valid identity document used during registration, to collect their WUF13 accreditation card. Azerbaijani citizens must present a valid national identity document, while international participants are required to provide a valid passport.
On-site registration facilities will also be accessible throughout the event period. Participants are encouraged to complete the registration process online in advance to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience. Applications can be submitted through the Global Event Management System (GEMS) provided by UN-Habitat and will remain open until 18:00 on 15 May on the official registration platform.
