WUF13 Accreditation Cards to Begin Issuance from May 14 in Baku

Baku: The Accreditation and Registration Center will commence the issuance of accreditation cards to participants registered for the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) from May 14, as confirmed by the WUF13 Azerbaijan Operations Company to APA. This event is scheduled to take place in Baku from May 17 to 22, 2026.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the center, situated at the Baku Olympic Stadium where the event is set to occur, will manage a unified and efficient process for registration, accreditation, and information dissemination for WUF13 attendees. Operating hours for the center are from 09:00 to 18:00 on May 14-16, from 07:00 to 18:00 on May 17-21, and from 07:00 to 15:00 on May 22.

Participants, official representatives, and guests of WUF13 can acquire their accreditation cards by visiting the Accreditation and Registration Center between May 14-22, 2026. For card issuance, individuals who have registered online must present the unique registration number received via email along with a valid identity document used during registration. Azerbaijani citizens must show an identity document, while foreign attendees need to present a valid passport.

Additionally, the center will offer on-site registration during the event dates. Participants are advised to register online ahead of time to streamline the process. Online registration is accessible through the Global Event Management System (GEMS) provided by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) at https://events.unhabitat.org, with the deadline being May 15 at 18:00.
